The Raye of Hope organization started as a mission to free wrongfully convicted Raye Dawn Smith. After seeing the injustice in Smith's case, Raye's supporters and family have joined together to bring attention to the injustice surrounding wrongful convictions and false allegations.

Our core priorities are to educate the public about the reality of wrongful convictions and to give the wrongfully convicted and falsely accused hope and a voice. Too many times, cries of innocence fall on deaf ears, so Raye of Hope strives to help those people and their families by telling their stories and getting the public involved, and by collaborating with people nation-wide and world-wide to bring awareness to this epidemic that has been plaguing America for far too long.
